Warranty Policy
Electrent Energy Private Limited (EEPL) assures its commitment to product quality and
customer satisfaction. This warranty is provided to the end-purchaser, conditional upon the provision of a valid and legally obtained invoice, along with a warranty or guarantee card that has been duly signed by an authorized dealer or the manufacturer. If any defects be detected in products manufactured by EEPL during the valid warranty period, the company’s sole responsibility will be to repair or replace the defective part or product. This will be done at EEPL's discretion, and the replacement will be equivalent to the original part or product, provided at no additional cost to the customer for parts or labour. Any parts or products that are replaced or repaired under this warranty will become the property of EEPL.
The end customer is responsible for any costs associated with repairs or replacements that fall outside the scope of this warranty. Once sold, products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. This policy becomes effective as of April 1, 2024, and EEPL reserves the right to make amendments at any time.

Terms & Conditions of Warranty/Guarantee
1. Warranty Period: The product warranty or guarantee period is defined by the terms and conditions of the sales agreement.
2. Sales Timeline for Distributors: Distributors must update the warranty/guarantee period with the manufacturer if the product remains unsold to the end customer within six months from the date of dispatch.
3. Manufacturer Specifications: The warranty/guarantee remains valid only if the product
is used within the manufacturer-advised specifications, as detailed in the product manual.
4. Warranty on Replaced Components: The warranty or guarantee for replaced
components expires concurrently with that of the main/original product.
5. Warranty Termination: The warranty/guarantee will automatically terminate upon the
expiry of the warranty period, regardless of the product's usage status during that period,
unless extended by the company through an authorized signatory.
6. Service Eligibility: To qualify for warranty service, the purchaser must report the unit's
address to the concerned service center. The warranty applies only after the unit's condition has been inspected and cleared by authorized personnel.
7. Serial Number Requirement: For a warranty claim to be valid, the serial number on the
unit must be present and legible on the warranty card or the rating sticker of the product,
and the customer's invoice must be available.
8. Claim & Liability Limitations: The company is not liable for any loss, injury, damage,
death, or disability caused to any form of life, for any reason whatsoever. Claim will not
exceed the basic cost of the product as per EEPL’s invoice for the said serial number.
9. On-Site Repairs: If a product requires repair at the customer's location, the company will coordinate a repair on a mutually agreed date. An authorized service engineer will be
dispatched to perform the repair.
10. Geographical Coverage: The warranty is valid only for customers residing in India within a 100 km radius of the distributor from whom the product was purchased unless a special extension is authorized by the manufacturer. Customers outside this area should contact their local dealer.
11. Warranty Void Conditions: The warranty does not apply if the product’s original
enclosure has been opened or tampered with. Damage caused by household pets, pests, or other animals or insects renders the warranty invalid.
12. Usage Conditions: Products are not designed for outdoor use or exposure to the open sun, unless specifically mentioned in the product specifications.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Notification: Contact the manufacturer through our call center.
- Documentation: Provide valid proof of purchase, the serial number of the product, and a detailed description of the defect.
- Service Coordination: Our call center will direct your claim to an authorized distributor who will manage the repair with an authorized service center, dealer, or engineer.
- Timely Resolution: The repair will be conducted promptly and at no charge for parts or labor. This guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy provided and supersedes all other guarantees and warranties, whether expressed or implied, except those that cannot be lawfully excluded.
Exclusions from Guarantee/warranty Coverage:
Electrent Energy Private Limited (EEPL) is committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, there are certain conditions under which the warranty do not apply. The exclusions to our guarantee coverage include, but are not limited to, the following scenarios:
- Consumables and Decorative Items: The warranty does not cover consumable items such as fuses, cables, plugs, connectors, or any decorative parts.
- Misuse and Improper Installation: Any damage resulting from misuse, physical force, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or the use of nonapproved accessories is not covered.
- Tampering: Products with altered or removed serial numbers, broken seals, or those that have been lost or stolen are not eligible for warranty claims.
- External Causes: Damage resulting from external causes, such as accidents, acts of God, exposure to liquids, fires, or natural disasters like earthquakes, is not covered.

Non-compliance with Manuals: Failure to follow the operating, installation, or
maintenance guidelines provided in the manual. - Unauthorized Transportation: Damage incurred during transportation not managed by the manufacturer.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any changes or repairs made without prior approval from EEPL.
- Tampering with warranty/guarantee Information: Any tampering with the content of the warranty card or invoice, such as altering the date of purchase or credentials.

Jurisdiction for disputes:
